Pope Francis could launch new encyclical in September

Domenico Pompili is the bishop of Rieti. During a press conference on projects to commemorate the eighth centenary of various anniversaries of St. Francis, he mentioned that “the pope will soon publish an encyclical on Human Fraternity.”
