Bishop Arnold presents interfaith environment pledge to Pope

Rt Rev John Arnold, Bishop of Salford Diocese and Bishops Conference lead on the environment, led an interfaith visit to the Vatican last Thursday, to share with Pope Francis a cross-faith commitment to caring for our common home.
The delegation, which was jointly led by Bishop John and Dean of Manchester, Rogers Govender, included faith and civic leaders from across Greater Manchester, including Dean of Salford Cathedral, Canon Michael Jones, and Salford Diocese Head of Environment, Dr Emma Gardner.
