Hosted by the Ecology, Spirituality, and Religion Program at the California Institute of Integral Studies

The Ecology, Spirituality, and Religion Program is excited to invite you to the 2025 Religion and Ecology Summit, taking place from April 21–23, 2025.  This year’s theme, “Sacred Waters of the World: Pathways to Ecological Reverence, Renewal, and Responsibility on a Changing Planet,” will explore the multifaceted significance of water—a vital element at the heart of life itself.

We have curated an inspiring lineup of global scholars, activists, and leaders who will explore the ecological and spiritual significance of water in the face of today’s most pressing environmental challenges.  As ESR’s signature event, the Religion and Ecology Summit is designed to embody CIIS' Seven Commitments, and your participation reinforces our collective dedication to ecological and social justice, innovation, and sustainability.  We are honored to feature keynote speaker Swati Thiyagarajan (Sea Change Project) alongside other distinguished experts.  Please find the attached PDF flyer for an overview of panel themes and key speakers.
