Join us for the launch of Al-Mizan: Covenant for the Earth which will take place on Tuesday 27th of February at 16:00 PM EAT (Nairobi) at the Media Center of UNON under the patronage of H. E. Ms. Leila Benali, President of UNEA, and other dignitaries. The launch will also be live streamed on this Channel. Al-Mizan can be downloaded in Arabic and English after the launch from Al-Mizan page. Other languages will be coming soon.
Al-Mizan is the work of a large group of Muslim scholars from across the globe and different Islamic backgrounds led by the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), Islamic Foundation for Ecology and Environmental Sceinces (IFEES), Uskudar University, Hamad University, Quranic Botanic Garden. Anaq el-Ard and facilitated by UNEP's Faith for Earth Coalition. The Covenant in addition to being endorsed by the Muslim Council of Elders, it has been reviewed by more than 300 Islamic and international organizations.
