This project aims to strengthen local communities to better foster the transition to climate change adaptation and protection through mobilizing communities' capacity to protect watersheds. Women in rural areas and school-going children are the main targets of this project.  The timeline is 3 years, from June 2022 to 1st July 2025.

Conservation of the forest ecosystems is happening through empowerment and education efforts. School-based conservation awareness has helped to establish 40 environmental clubs in schools, spread across the country. 837 “Peace Champions” have been trained country-wide who are involved in caring for the environment.
