The Bellarmine College of Liberal Arts cordially invites you to attend the 2026 Doshi Family Bridgebuilder Award and Lecture, “Conservation and Climate Concerns: Intersections of Science and Religion.” The 2026 event will celebrate the work of Patricia Wright, a leading primatologist and conservationist, and Mary Evelyn Tucker and John Grim, founding directors of the Forum on Religion and Ecology. In the morning, two movies representative of the recipients' work will be featured: the Emmy Award-winning Journey of the Universe (2011) and the Southern California premiere of Ivobihoro: The Lost Forest (2025). In the afternoon, we will bestow the 2026 Doshi Bridgebuilder Awards, followed by a conversation with Wright, Tucker, and Grim about their past and future projects and their vision for the future.
