On Thursday, May 21st from 8:00 - 9:00 p.m. ET, GreenFaith Fellows Saffet Catovic and Nana Firman will speak about Muslim eco-teachings. Saffet, co-founder of Green Muslims of New Jersey, has spoken widely on this topic. Nana has helped lead sustainability planning efforts with Muslim communities in Indonesia.

On Thursday, May 28th from 8:00 - 9:00 p.m. ET, Dr. Mary Evelyn Tucker will speak about Chinese teachings on the environment. A Senior Lecturer and Research Scholar at Yale University in the School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, the Divinity School and the Department of Religious Studies, Mary Evelyn is one of the world’s foremost experts in the field of religious environmentalism. With her husband, Dr. John Grim, she co-directs the Yale Forum on Religion and Ecology.
